BBC Television Centre

The BBC Television Centre was until March 31, 2013, the headquarters of BBC Television in London.

The building complex was built in the 1950s by architect Graham Dawbarn and opened in 1960. The now listed ensemble has a circular main building ( " Main Block" ) gather around which other studio and office building. In the 15 television studios of 65 m² to 995 m² floor space, almost all BBC formats have been produced, including news channels such as BBC News or series such as Doctor Who or former Fawlty Towers.

The nearest London Underground station is the Station Wood Lane.
