Beaufort, Luxembourg

Beaufort ( Luxembourgish Beefort, French Beaufort) is a municipality in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is located in the canton of Echternach, District Grevenmacher. The municipality consists of the villages Beaufort Beaufort, Grundhof and Dillingen.

Attractions

Befort the tourist center of Müller Thal region, also Luxembourg's Little Switzerland is called, near Echternach. The main attraction of the place is the ruins of a castle from the 11th - 17th Century, which was first mentioned in 1192.
