The pelvic mountain north of Eibau in the southern district of Görlitz is a mountain of Lusatian hill country with a height of 407.6 m above sea level. NN, which drops sharply after three pages. Geology

History

Starting from the low grinding capacity of the water mills in place Eibau allowed the city council in Zittau the installation of a windmill on the survey, which was to the 19th century still called Becker- or Bäckerberg. In 1759 the mill was built, together with a dwelling house and a barn. From 1759 to 1900 the windmill was operated. In addition to the windmill on the Beckenberg two more windmills stood on Eibauer hall, two kilometers north location Röthemühle and another windmill south of the pelvic mountain.

After the founding of the country Eibau brewery in 1810 by the roaring legitimate citizen of the town of Zittau, the need for brewing fresh spring water was brought, among others, by a wooden pipe water pipe from the Beck Mountain. Baude Museum and former home
