Beefalo

The Beefalo is a middle of the 19th century by crossing the American bison with domestic cattle breeds arisen beef. For crosses various domestic cattle breeds are used. The Beefalo is supposed to be more durable and easier to clean. The meat of the Beefalo is leaner than the House of cattle.
