Beersel is a Belgian municipality located in the province of Flemish Brabant, located on the southern outskirts of Brussels. It comprises the boroughs Alsemberg, Dworp, Huizingen and Lot.

Beersel is mainly known for its castle from the 14th century.

Description: Black and Gold gevierten coat of arms is in the first and fourth field is a golden, langued and rotbewehrter lion, the second and third field a blue cross with nasty thorn section at all arm sides to the edge of reaching. Behind the shield is an oak tree with eight fruits.
