Beg Ferati

Beg Ferati ( born November 10, 1986 in Pristina ) is a Swiss footballer of Kosovar origin.

Career

Clubs

About the youth clubs FC and FC Concordia Basel Pratteln Beg Ferati arrived 19 -year-old to the U -23 team of FC Basel. After one season, he moved to second division club FC Concordia Basel, which he left after two seasons. From 2008 to 2011 he was the first division club FC Basel active and won him three times the championship, the trophy twice and once the Uhrencup.

Ferati, the good positional play and overview is acknowledged that joined the 2011/12 season to the German Bundesliga side SC Freiburg, for which he be (6th Round ) in the 1-2 defeat at home to VfB Stuttgart on September 16, 2011 Bundesliga debut. Ferati, however, failed in the following years, to play in the starting eleven and only came on a few missions.

On February 1, 2013 it was announced that Freiburg Ferati borrows the Swiss second division side FC Winterthur until the end of the season. In Winterthur his cousin ( paternal and maternal ) Altin Osmani is already playing.

For the 2013/14 season Ferati moved to Swiss first division club FC Sion. He signed a three-year contract until 30 June 2016.

National

From 2006 to 2008 Ferati completed 12 games for the U-21 national team. His only international goal he scored on 15 November 2006 in Koper reduce the deficit to 4-1 final score on the selection of Slovenia in the 60th minute.

The 4 August 2011 for the first time nominated by coach Ottmar Hitzfeld for the Swiss national team Ferati debuted four days later in this when he came on in Vaduz in a 2-1 victory in the match against Liechtenstein in the 63rd minute for Johan Djourou.
