Beit Kama

Bet Kama (Hebrew: בית קמה ) is a kibbutz in the northern Negev, and in the South District of Israel. It falls under the jurisdiction of the B'nei Shimon Regional Council.

The kibbutz was founded on 18 April 1949 and was originally called Safiach (Hebrew: ספיח ). The founders of Bet Kama were immigrants from Hungary, who belonged to the movement Hashomer Hatzair.
