Bellini (Cocktail)

Bellini is a cocktail consisting of dry Prosecco, sparkling wine or champagne, half a pureed white peach and to taste some sugar syrup.

The result is the cocktail probably between 1931 and 1942 in Harry 's Bar in Venice, which was founded on 31 March 1931 by Giuseppe Cipriani. Another myth says that the cocktail was created during a Giovanni Bellini exhibition in 1938.

The Bellini in Venice quickly became a popular cocktail and has lost none of its popularity.

In addition to the hand-mixed Bellini cocktail is also available as a finished version in the bottle.
