Benny Neyman

Wilhelmus Albertus ( Benny ) Neyman ( born June 9, 1951 in Maastricht, The Netherlands, † February 7, 2008 in Soesterberg, The Netherlands) was a Dutch singer.

Biography

Beginning of the 1970s began Neyman training at the small art academy in Amsterdam. In the late 1970s he had, whose texts he always translated in his home country first successes with chanson like songs of various artists such as Reinhard Mey, Stephan Sulke or Joe Dassin himself into Dutch. 1983 Benny Neyman published his first German language album "Sketches ", but in 1985 came the big break with the song " Then call again I your name ", which previously in the Dutch version was also released by him and his biggest hit. In addition to some singles came in 1987 and 1994, two more albums in German language on the market. In addition, Benny Neyman sang with the singer of the band Pussycat, Toni Wille, some duets in English.

Neyman died on 7 February 2008 at the age of 56 years to cancer.
