Bentein Baardson

Bentein Baardson ( born November 6, 1953 in New York, NY, USA) is a Norwegian actor and leading theater director.

He studied at the Teaterhøgskolen to 1975, and was an actor, director and director at various theaters, including Rogaland Teater, Agder Teater and Den Nationale Scene, works.

In 1994 he directed the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer.

Bentein Baardson is a member of the Norwegian Academy, since 2000 Knights of St. Olav Order, and since 2008 Commander with Star of Olav's Order.
