Bereshit (parsha)

Bereshit (Hebrew בראשית, "In the beginning ") is a reading section ( or Parasha Sidra ) comprises the Torah and the text gene / Bereshit 1.1 to 6.8.

It is the Sidra of the 4th or 5th Sabbath in the month of Tishri.
