The Berlin Federal Square Station is a Berlin city quick and underground train station on the border of the districts Wilmersdorf ( Charlottenburg- Wilmersdorf) Friedenau ( Tempelhof- Schöneberg). S-Bahn station

With the construction of the viaduct of the ring road at the southern end of the former Strasbourg course also the first station Wilmersdorf Friedenau was built and opened with the commissioning of the western ring in November 1877. On the mainline tracks, southeast of the current S- train station, is the former goods station Wilmersdorf. He was abandoned in the 1970s. In 1996, he served as the outdoor area for the InnoTrans trade fair. In 2010, the 60,000 square meter site was sold by Deutsche Bahn.
