Bern University of Applied Sciences
The Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH; French Haute école spécialisée bernoise ) is the umbrella under which in Bern, Biel / Bienne and Burgdorf various departments are subordinate.
Locations
Currently, the BFH is spread over 24 locations in the cities of Bern, Biel and Burgdorf. As announced on February 2, 2011 the Bernese cantonal government, however, plans to Burgdorf site completely abandon the long term and to focus the University of Applied Sciences in Biel and Bern. Therefore a new campus to be built in Biel south of the station. The new campus is to be taken around 2020 in operation.

- Bern University of Applied Sciences Architecture, Wood and Civil Engineering
- Bern University of Applied Sciences Business, Health, Social Work
- Bern University of Arts
- School of Agricultural, Forest and Food Sciences
- Swiss Federal Institute of Sport Magglingen
At the individual universities is formed on Bachelor and Master.
