Bernd Storck

Bernd Storck ( born January 25, 1963) is a German former football player and current coach.

Career

Storck's career as a football player began at the Sports Association Boele cable, a club from Hagen. About Westfalia Herne he came to VfL Bochum, where he made ​​his debut in the Bundesliga in the 1981/82 season. In the summer of 1983 he moved to Borussia Dortmund and stayed there for six years. His greatest success as a professional was winning the DFB - Cup 1989. Overall, he scored eight goals in 171 Bundesliga games.

After the end of his career he completed a coach training and was initially co- coach Jürgen Röber in its commitment to VfB Stuttgart, Hertha BSC, VfL Wolfsburg, Partizan Belgrade and Borussia Dortmund, before he became head coach. Since July 2008, he was head coach of Kazakhstan's U-21 national team and coach of the club FK Almaty. From January 2009 to October 15, 2010 Storck was also coach of Kazakhstan, after he had already worked as interim coach there before. About two years after his work at the Kazakh National Storck was hired by Olympiakos Piraeus to guide the youth department there.
