Bernd Upmeyer

Bernd Upmeyer (born 2 July 1973 in Göttingen ) is a German architect and urban planner. , Who lives and works in Rotterdam, where in 2005 the architecture firm Bureau of Architecture, Research, and Design ( BOARD ) founded.
