Bernheimer-Haus

The Bernheimer House ( also Palais Bernheimer or Bernheimer Palais ) is a residential and commercial building in Munich, Lenbachplatz 3 It is considered " the first representative Neubarockbau Munich " and is a listed building.

The building was 1887-1889 for the merchant Lehmann Bernheimer (1841-1918), the father of Otto Bernheimer built. The preliminary draft made ​​Friedrich von Thiersch, the facade designed Martin Dülfer. The building was known by the Schneider affair nationwide.
