Bernice Rubens
Bernice Rubens ( born July 26, 1928 in Cardiff, † 13 October 2004) was an English- Welsh writer.
Parallel to the school service Bernice Rubens worked in the film industry. She has received several awards, including the Booker Prize for The Elected Member ( Eng.: It happened on a side street ).
