Bernissart is a municipality in the Belgian province of Hainaut. It consists of the towns of Bernissart Blaton, Harchies Pommeroeul and Ville- Pommeroeul.

Bernissart is famous for dinosaur finds. In 1878 in a coal mine dozens of Iguanodon skeletons were discovered.
