Berth (moorings)

A boat mooring or only investor is a technical structure in the water, position it on the ship, and can be moored.

Jetties are built in places where the water is not deep enough right on the shore or near shore, to build a wharf there. Investors are built so far from the shore into the water in until a sufficient depth of water permits safe application of a watercraft. Ship investors can both inside and outside ports are located. The disadvantage of a jetty over a wharf or pier is that persons or goods must be brought only by a bridge or jetty to the actual investors.

A special form of the jetty is the swimming investors, which floats on water and is fixed by anchoring to the seabed or on the shore. The advantage of a swimming investor is that he adapts to changing water levels.
