Production and representation
Beryllium can be obtained by reaction of beryllium chloride in a solution of ethyl acetate with nitric oxide.
Properties
Beryllium nitrate is a readily soluble in water solids with weakly pronounced oxidising effect. The commercial product is offered as a solution in water or nitric acid.
Use
Beryllium is used in gas and acetylene.
