Bettina Schieferdecker

Bettina Slater ( born April 30, 1968 in Markranstadt ) is a former German gymnast devices. Your home club was the SC Leipzig.

Bettina Slater won at the Junior European Championships 1982 in Ankara the title on the uneven bars. In 1983, she finished fourth in the all around at the GDR Championship. Thus, it belonged to the East German team at the World Championships in 1983 in Budapest and won the bronze medal in the team competition. 1984 were unable to attend the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, the East German gymnasts for the Olympic boycotts of the GDR.
