Beverly Matherne

Beverly Matherne ( born March 15, 1946 in Louisiana) is an American writer.

It was in Acadiana, was born on the Mississippi River near New Orleans. She studied French literature at the University of California, Berkeley and is a member of the CIEF ( Conseil International d' Études Advanced ), and her poems have been published in several publications.

She is a professor at Northern Michigan University, and she currently lives in Marquette.
