The Beykent University is a private university in Istanbul, with currently 17,000 students well. The university has three campuses in Istanbul, Beylikdüzü, Ayazağa and Taksim.

The current Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Davutoğlu was previously head of the Institute of International Relations.

Several well-known in Turkey as an actor and singer Murat Dalkilic Cansel Elçin, Özgür Çevik, Biray Dalkiran, Gökhan Irmak, Sinem Kobal and Gaye Turgut studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts.
