Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh#Meditation

Dynamic Meditation is one of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh ( Osho today ) developed active meditation.

Character

The Dynamic Meditation counts as the Kundalini meditation and Nataraj Meditation to the active meditation techniques in which physical activity plays a central role. For "Western" people a meditative attitude is often difficult to achieve, as they are very foreign, exciting and action-oriented. Through movement and rapid breathing depth (see also Holotropic Breathwork ) is the meditation technique about overcharging lead to an intense catharsis. Screaming, crying, laughter and tantrums are manifestations of this catharsis. It represents a liberation, after a further charge is carried by intense physical exercise. Goal is inner peace and silence.

Expiration

The Dynamic Meditation consists of five phases that last a total of about an hour. It is performed on an empty stomach. Chaitanya Hari (Georg Deuter ) has composed music for it. The phases are referred to as wheezing, catharsis, hopping, stop and dance. Subsequently, an exchange can take place.

Requirements

For the room sound and impact sound insulation is required. The music is available on CD or as MP3.

Effect

The form of meditation will lead to increased blood flow, increased attention ( awareness) and increased energy and cause therapeutic effects through the catharsis.

Dissemination

Dynamic Meditation is widespread in Europe, far beyond the Osho Movement and the original spiritual background also. In psychosomatic clinics and psycho-groups, it has become an integral part. It is also used by therapists to accompany the psychotherapy.
