Bibble (software)

Bibble is a software for conversion, optimize and manage your digital photos, including RAW data that are generated, among other things of digital SLR ( DSLR). The software provides tools for managing large image file resources and their fix, print and the presentation on the Internet. With the program version 5.2.3, the development of Bibble was set after the manufacturer Bibble Labs purchased by Corel in 2011 and the members of the company henceforth develop Corel products based on Bibble technology, including Corel AfterShot Pro.

Versions

Bibble is available in two editions ( Pro and Lite) at different prices.

Supported file formats

Bibble supports data import of graphics formats JPEG and TIFF, and RAW file formats from 137 camera models from 10 camera manufacturers.

Special

The program works like any RAW converter, non-destructive, which means it will never change the original file, but all changes are stored separately from the original file in a database or an additional XMP metafile. It was only during the conversion ( export) in JPEG or TIFF for the changes to take effect.

The program uses all available CPUs for computation and is therefore very fast when converting RAW files.

Bibble has a plugin architecture and Bibble Labs offers interested developers access to the SDK.
