Bien Hòa? / I is a city in the province of Dong Nai in Vietnam. It is located about 30 km east of Ho Chi Minh City. In 2005 the number of inhabitants ( census 1989: 273 879 ) was estimated to be 407,000. Bien Hòa is the seat of government of the province of Dong Nai.
