Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey ( born January 13, 1964 in Bath, Somerset, England, UK ) is an English comedian, musician and actor. He is best known for his role in the British sitcom Black Books. In the Observer, he was listed in 2003 as one of the 50 funniest British people.
