Bill Walker (Scottish nationalist politician)

Bill Walker ( born March 31, 1942 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish politician and member of the Scottish National Party ( SNP).

Baker grew up in Edinburgh and attended the Royal High School. He then studied at Edinburgh University Electrical Engineering and graduated with a Bachelor's degree. He then went to the Illinois Institute of Technology, studying computer science. Finally, Walker returned to the University of Edinburgh and left the business school with a master's degree.

Since 2007, Walker is councilor in Fife. In the Scottish Parliament elections in 2011 Walker was a candidate for the newly created as part of the constituency reform constituency Dunfermline. He sat down close against the candidate of the Labour Party by and pulled into the first time a Scottish Parliament. In March 2012, Walker was first temporarily excluded from the SNP, after it was revealed that he was violent towards his first three wives and allegedly again, cases of domestic violence during his fourth wife. Walker did not comment on the allegations. His mandate is not affected by the exclusion. In April 2012, Walker was expelled from the party and heard for the remainder of the parliamentary term of the Parliament as a non-party.
