Billiard Congress of America

The Billiard Congress of America ( BCA short ) is the North American umbrella organization for all areas of pool billiards. The association founded in 1948, is under the World Pool - Billiard Association (WPA ), the world governing body for snooker. The headquarters of the BCA is located in Henderson, Nevada. The current chairman is Ivan Lee.

The main task of the BCA is to organize leagues and tournaments as well as the establishment of rules for local events that are not set by the EPA. In addition, performed a Hall of Fame since 1966, will be included in the selected billiard players as well as people who have contributed greatly to the development and popularization of billiards.
