Billy Celeski

Blagoja "Billy" Celeski ( Macedonian: Благоја Целески; born 14 July 1985 in Ohrid) is a born in Macedonia Australian football players. The attacking midfielder has since 2008 when Melbourne Victory under contract. His cousin Naum Sekulovski is also a professional footballer.

Club career

Celeski signed in 2005 his first professional contract with Perth Glory, but was released from his contract after 18 sessions at the end of the season. A year later, Perth undertook attacking midfielder again. Celeski get four goals in 14 games in his second engagement in Perth, including a hat -trick against Sydney FC. In March 2008, he joined the AFC Champions League participants Melbourne Victory. In his first season at Melbourne, he won the Australian Championship and came up in all 24 regular season games for use. At the beginning of the 2009/10 season he suffered a serious knee injury and fell to season end.

National

In 2005 he took part with the U-20 national team at the World Youth Championship in the Netherlands. He arrived at Vorrundenaus in all three games available for use and is highlighted as a " technically gifted midfielder " and " starting point of many dangerous attack actions " in the technical report. From choosing coach Graham Arnold Celeski was nominated for the Olympic football tournament in China in 2008. In January 2009, he made his debut against Indonesia in the Australian national team.
