Binchuan County

The circle Binchuan (宾川 县) is a county of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in west-central China Yunnan province. It has an area of 2,627 km ² and counts 330,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Qingyang (金牛 镇).

The Neolithic locality of the village Baiyangcun ( Baiyang cun Yizhi白羊 村 遗址) and the sites of the Confucian Temple and Wu Temple of Zhoucheng ( Zhoucheng Wenmiao he Wumiao州城 文庙 和 武 庙), the latter a Guan Yu and Yue Fei temple dedicated are on the list of monuments of the people's Republic of China since 2006.
