Biosatellite (NASA)

Biosatellite was a series of three American Earth satellites to perform bioastronautische animal testing. The satellites were placed in the second half of the 1960s with Delta rocket in Earth orbit 295-374 km altitude. The total weight was 425-695 kg of which were approximately 200 kg on the re-entry vehicles.
