Birgir Ãrmannsson
Birgir Ármannsson ( born June 12, 1968 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic politician ( Independence Party ).
He was from 2003 to 2013 member of the Icelandic parliament Althingi for the Reykjavík South Constituency. In the years 2003-2007 he was the Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
