Biscoitos is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district of Praia da Vitória to the Azores island of Terceira. It has an area of 27.1 km ² and 1414 inhabitants (as at 30 June 2011), which corresponds to a population density of 52.27 inhabitants per km ².

The town's name derives from the frequent layer lava that has solidified as in layered biscuits.

In the village is the wine museum Museu do Vinho dos Biscoitos.
