Bjerringbro-Silkeborg
Bjerringbro - Silkeborg Elitehåndbold is a Danish handball club from Silkeborg. Bjerringbro - Silkeborg plays in the Danish Håndboldligaen. In 2011, the men's team finished second in the Danish Championship. The home ground is the Silkeborg Hallerne with a capacity of 2500 spectators.
History
The association was created in the merger of the two clubs Bjerringbro FH and Silkeborg Voel KFUM. In the 2010/11 season they finished in the league to sixth place, which entitled to participate in the play-offs. The group B of the play-offs they won loss point free. In the final they played against AG København, this one lost, however, after two defeats. In the season 2011/12 they played internationally in the Champions League.
