Bjorn Hoeben ( born March 28, 1980 in Weert ) is a Dutch cyclo-cross and road racing cyclist.

Bjorn Hoeben won the 2000 two stages at Le Transalsace International and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. In 2002 he rode for Rabobank TT3, the farm team of the professional team Rabobank. There, won the prologue at the Volta a Lleida. From 2004 he rode for the Dutch team Van Hemert - euro Gifts. In the 2006 season he won a stage of the Volta Ciclista Provincia Tarragona and he was national champion in the road race in the amateurs. 2008 Hoeben won the first stage in the Ringerike Grand Prix and a portion of the Tour de Namur.
