BK Prostějov

BK Prostějov is a Czech basketball club from Prostějov.

History

The club was founded in 1940. In recent years, the club grew to a peak force of the Czech basketball. First, ascended as second division champions in the highest national league, the NBL in 2004, it was in the first season right Second, failed in the play-offs but early. In the same year Prostějov could also fight to the finals of the national cup, but what they lost. 2006, the club repeated the same results.
