BKK Radnički

KK Radnički Belgrade ( officially: BKK Radnički Beograd ) is a Serbian basketball club from Belgrade. It was founded in 1973 by Yugoslav basketball champion.

History

The club was founded in 1945. Against the city competition from OKK had initially rarely have a chance, the biggest time of the association was in the 1970s. Beginning of the decade Radnički won his first and only championship to date.

In the season after winning the title you were qualified for the European Champions Cup, where they reached the semi-final, which was lost to the Italians Pallacanestro Varese.

In 1976, the second Cup in the trophy cabinet, the Yugoslav basketball trophy was won. Then we started in 1977 Eurocup and failed only in the finale by a 86:87 defeat to Pallacanestro Cantu.

The club has evolved over time to a lift club. Descents followed climbs, since 2012 the Master 1973 plays in the highest Serbian league.

The club plays its home games at full 1,000 places SC Šumice.
