Blind (Poker)

The blind is a forced minimum bet at the card game of poker.

A blind (actually the blind; colloquially the Blind ) is a prescribed use, the need to make only certain players. This form is common in the Hold'em Texas Hold'em and Omaha. Only the player left of the dealer indicated by the button ( dealer ) must place a bet, called the small blind, and its left neighbor turn the big blind, usually twice the small blind bet.
