Criticism

The Canberra International Film Festival called Mutluluk " a unkoventionelles road movie in which go the enforcer of an honor killing and his victim on a journey of self discovery ." Christine Schlötzer of the Süddeutsche Zeitung peer reviewed the film on 29 March 2007 as "a great entertainment cinema." Atilla Dorsay of the Sabah saw a movie about " a great love ". Jugu Abraham ( dearcinema.com ) spoke of " simply heavenly cinema."

Soundtrack

The film's soundtrack is from the author, who is also a well-known singer-songwriter. The only song of scores sings with Meryem 's song but the Berliner soul singer Jocelyn B. Smith.
