Blossom Rock

Blossom Rock Edith Marie Blossom MacDonald native, pseudonym Marie Blake ( born August 21, 1895 in Philadelphia, † January 14, 1978 in Los Angeles ) was an American actress.

Life

She was the older sister of actress and singer Jeanette MacDonald, with whom she appeared in her youth in vaudeville theaters. In 1931 she appeared in over 100 films, mostly in small supporting roles, which were not included in the opening or closing credits. For example, they could be seen as a cleaning woman in the candidate.

Since 1926, she was married to Clarence rock, who died in 1960. The childless woman abiding known for her role of Grandma in the TV series The Addams Family.

She died on January 14, 1978 in Los Angeles, California at the age of 82 years of natural causes.
