Bømlo is a commune in the south of the Norwegian Fylke Hordaland. It consists of several islands and islets.

The highest mountain in the municipality is called Siggjo ( 474 moh. ). Through a tunnel and bridge system ( Trekantsambandet ) Bømlo is connected to the mainland and the neighboring island of Stord since 30 April 2001.
