Boat trailer

Boat trailers are special roadworthy trailer for the transport of boats on the road. To distinguish them are of trolley, which are specifically designed for ins -water and leave to country - pulling.

Admission

In Germany, boat trailers were eligible to sports fans to 1992 without private registration plate on the road. It filed a second production of the license plate of the towing vehicle to attach the trailer. Since 1992, a separate approval is required with a green flag. In approval of both ABE and a test report according to § 29 shall be submitted to Road Traffic Licensing Regulations.

Also, the boat trailer may be loaded not be wider than 2.55 m and higher than 4 m.
