Bobby Hatfield

Bobby Hatfield ( born August 10, 1940 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, † 5 November 2003 in Kalamazoo, Michigan; actually Robert Lee Hatfield ) was a singer of the successful American soul duo Righteous Brothers.

The Righteous Brothers Unchained Melody Hit was a Bobby Hatfield solo. He was first in 1965 successfully in the U.S. and the UK and in the U.S. reached the Top 10 in the UK Top 20 by the success of the movie Ghost - Message from Sam ( Patrick Swayze ), in which the sung by him version of Unchained Melody use found, the song reached the top spot in 1990 in the UK and was also in the German top ten. Another Bobby Hatfield solo album under the name Righteous Brothers Ebb Tide was, in 1965 again entered the top 10 at least in the U.S..

It is the voices of the Righteous Brothers distinguish good. The high voice (tenor ) is in each of the Bobby Hatfield.

Bobby Hatfield died on 5 November 2003 at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan, during sleep just before a scheduled appearance with his Righteous Brothers Bill Medley Mitsänger. Initially, it was started from a heart attack (natural death ). In a toxicological report, which was published in January 2004, it was found that the heart attack resulted from a cocaine overdose.
