Bobby Rydell

Bobby Rydell (born Robert Ridarelli ), ( born April 26, 1942 in Philadelphia ) is an American singer and entertainer.

The age of ten playing the little Robert in Paul Whiteman's jazz band, percussion; three years later he went in search of a new challenge. In 1956 he became the drummer for " Rocco and the Saints" ( with Frankie Avalon on trumpet ), 1958, he signed a recording contract as a solo artist at Cameo Records and had after flops like " Please Do not Be Mad " and "All I Want Is You "with" Kissin ' Time " 1959 a veritable hit, the follow-up single " We Got Love " even made it into the top ten.
