Bobzin

Bobzin is a municipality in the district of Ludwigsburg pleasure Parchim in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern ( Germany ). It is administered by the Office Hagenow country with headquarters in the city Hagenow.

Geography

Bobzin is located northwest of the city area Hagenow. Through the town flows the Klosterbach.

History

The first mention Bobzins found in Ratzeburg tithe register under the name Bobetin, which has a Slavic origin. The village was laid out as Rundling with a triangular green. Early German colonialists populated the place that was to the 18th century belonged to the landed gentry. The population suffered from the Thirty Years' War, which survived only two farms. After this war, the place belonged ecclesiastically to Wittenburg. 1893/94 was a railway station on the newly laid stretch of Hagenow country to Bad Oldesloe. The electric current kept 1922 collection. Until 1961, the farmers of the community, as in the GDR became common, collectivized. In 1994, a ten -acre industrial park that was already fully occupied in 1997.

The coat of arms was approved on 14 August 1996 by the Ministry of Interior and registered under No. 108 of the coat of arms role of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

The northern part of the municipality is touched by the federal highway 24. The railway line is no longer operated between Hagenow and Zarrentin in transport.
