Bogdan Stancu

Bogdan Sorin " Motanul " Stancu ( born June 28, 1987 in Pitesti, Arges county ) is a Romanian football player.

Career

Stancu, a striker who played from the 2008/2009 season at Steaua Bucharest after he was for three different clubs in the top Romanian League in use as early as 2005. During the winter break 2010/2011 Stancu finally changed hands for 5 million euro to Galatasaray. For the 2011/12 season on loan at Stancu plays Orduspor.

For the summer of 2012 until the change to Erstliganeuling Kasımpaşa Istanbul was announced. This change came into existence but not.

On 4 July 2012, Stancu was committed by Orduspor. Orduspor paid 2.5 million euros for the striker. In his second season for Orduspor Stancu scored 10 goals in 30 league games. These goals could not prevent relegation Orduspors in the PTT 1 Lig. After the season Orduspor separated from the striker. For the 2012/13 season Stancu signed a three -year contract with Gençlerbirliği Ankara.

National

On 11 August 2010 Stancu played his first game for the Romanian national football team against Turkey. In the match against Albania on 3 September of the same year as part of the qualification for the 2012 European Championship him his first goal was scored.
