Boise Idaho Temple

Boise Idaho Temple (English: Boise Idaho Temple ) is a temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Boise, which was inaugurated in 1984.

Construction of the temple was announced on 31 March 1982. For the plan you chose a design that was used by many LDS temples from this period. On 18 December 1982, the building was the Apostle Mark E. Petersen consecrated and the first sod completed. 1984, the temple was completed. The dedication ceremonies were held under Apostle Gordon B. Hinckley between the 25th and the 30th of May. In 1987, the temple was expanded and rededicated.

The Boise Idaho Temple is a marble- clad building with a slate roof. He is flanked by six slender towers, of which the highest 34 meters (112 feet) and wears a measure Moroni statue. The surface area of the temple is about 3,300 square meters ( 35,868 square feet), it are four draft rooms and four sealing rooms contain.
