Bojan Bazelli

Bojan Bazelli, Bojan D. Bazeli ( born August 15, 1957 in Herceg Novi, Montenegro ) is a Montenegrin cinematographer.

Life

Bojan Bazelli was born and raised in Herceg Novi. Even as a child he was interested in photography and took to his father's camera and was able to persuade his mother, remodel the pantry in a darkroom. This interest he deepened so intense that he attended the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague after high school. There he learned his craft under the Czech cinematographer Miroslav other Ondříček. Below him, in 1984, he also connect an intern in the production of Amadeus. After about six years at the university he was awarded by an agent of the offer to fly to New York City to act as a cameraman at war in Chinatown. The director Abel Ferrara wanted him to have it. With King of New York - King between day and night and Body Snatchers - Attack of the Body Snatchers was followed by two more films with Ferrara.

Before Bazelli worked for his first commercial as a cameraman, he already had 17 films behind him. Nonetheless, he won two Clio Awards for his advertising from Isuzu and Pepsi.

He was also in music videos, such as Vision of Love by Mariah Carey, who is responsible for the camera.
