Bojan Filipović

Bojan Filipović (born 1 January 1976) is a Serbian football player.

Career

Filipović started his professional career at Radnicki Pirot. His next stops were Napredak Kruševac, FK Obilić and OFK Belgrade. He completed a total of three caps for Serbia and Montenegro.

In 2003, he completed a trial with Austrian club SK Sturm Graz. The then- coach Gilbert Gress called for a commitment, which earned him a well-paid 2- year contract. Filipovic, however, had some problems to find their way at his new club. Only in the last game of his first season, when it came to the league for the Grazer, the Serb showed all his skill. The second season was better but still mixed for Filipovic. Nevertheless, called coach Michael Petrovic for him a contract extension, which was at a greatly reduced salary realized. In his third season Filipovic justified the confidence of the coach and he became the performers and audience favorite in Graz. His performance improvement brought a number of transfer requests from Japan, with a change could never be realized.

The following year, he lost but under coach Franco Foda his place. In 2007 he finally moved to the second Austrian power class to ASK Schwadorf.
